Both the design and operation of fishing equipment are aimed at developing a sustainable extractive activity, safeguarding the target resource in its most biologically vulnerable stages.

This is validated under the current international MSC certification (F-ACO-0109), which regulates and maintains a developing fishery under the highest conservation standards.

The fishing fleet has, among its main objectives, the supply of fresh raw materials to our processing plant. To achieve this, it relies on logistics and fishing specialists who meet the specific needs generated by this activity.
